Rural House in the Serranía de Ronda

Cottage with private swimming pool located 10 minutes from downtown Ronda in the field. Newly built its excellent location allows customers to enjoy the tranquility that supposed to be housed in the countryside but only a step away from Ronda.

The house has two bedrooms with double bed and a room with two single beds, that is six seats, if they need extra beds can be installed, to a total of 12 seats. In addition consists of a bathroom and a spacious living room in which the kitchen is fully equipped.

At the door of the house is the barbecue area with tables and chairs and a bathroom. The pool is protected with a fence that blocks access to it for young children, so it is safe. The pool is quite wide (12 x 6 m) and has some very splendid views to the Parque Natural de la Sierra Grazalema.

Next to the pool we can find an area of lawn with deck chairs in addition to a shade area with tables and chairs ideal for enjoying a meal outdoors.

Finally consists of a large parking place with automatic gate. Equipment: TV, fireplace, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, pool, deck chairs, barbecue and washing machine.
